One Last Thing (For Now)

I know some people are tired of me blogging about politics, but right now there are so many things going on that directly affect our future and I feel very passionate about what happens in a few weeks. Especially in California, if Proposition 8 does not pass, the effects on my church of course won't destroy it's ability to function, but if the Temple refuses to officiate or recognize gay marriage as the law will require... I don't know what the outcome of that will be.

Let me just point out a few simple facts for those of you thinking voting for Obama or allowing him to be our next president won't be such a bad thing. How do you feel about the war? Do you want to see our troops come home in defeat? How do you feel about taxes? Do you want to pay more? Elect Obama and you may not pay more in taxes (although most economists and accountants agree that his numbers don't add up and regardless of what he says you will eventually have to pay more taxes in order to afford his slew of unnecessary proposed programs) but you will pay higher prices on gas, food, and imported products. Do you have moral problems with abortion or gay marriage? Rest assured, Obama will appoint judges to the supreme court who will pass every case for abortion rights and gay rights that comes their way, so that gay marriage and abortion is cemented into place in society. The effects of that on the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, and every other Christian church that opposes gay marriage and abortion, will be devastating. Here in California there is a proposal to be voted on in November that Obama is a big fan of: it states that under-age girls should be able to get an abortion without their parents' permission. With an extreme liberal congress, a radically liberal president, and his hand-picked judges in the supreme court, that "system of checks and balances" goes right down the tubes, and in four years, can you imagine the mess that the next president, God bless his or her soul, will have to deal with?

Do yourself and your ignorant friends planning to vote for Obama a favor and vote for McCain. Ignore the liberal media rhetoric, saying its already over and Obama has won. Gore was ahead of Bush by 11 points in the polls at this time 8 years ago (Obama leads by 4 or 5 right now), and even that goon John Kerry lead Bush in the polls at this time 4 years ago. Its still anyone's race. Make it happen.

It would be quite an adventure to move out of state as you and Tamara had, but I must say it must be stressful to live around so many liberal fairies. With how bad the first round of gay marriage was shut down in California before the elite, better than you judges overturned that, hopefully proposition 8 will pass as it needs to. And then if those same, disgusting judges try to overturn it let's pray that a small time gung ho lawyer finds some amount of treason the judges have committed and then they can all hang.

Some of my greatest fears about Obama are never mentioned; one of which I said in my blog about what happens when he loses, will he stop? The other is if he wins it will be 4 years of disaster, but what would be worse would be life-long judges that he would appoint that no President has power to remove from office. The effects of that decision can last for 20 years or more. That's when every liberal wish becomes law and this country collapses in moral destruction.

Exactly how it happened in Rome. I'm sure they thought their Empire would last forever. It wasn't politics that brought it down. It was greedy and immoral politicians, just like the ones we have today.

Remember, you just said "greedy and immoral politions," which is referring to multiple polititions. Look, Obama is bad. Biden is bad. Their ideas are bad - they're downright satanic. But Ryan, you need to understand that McCain is not that much better! He's still a polition, which still means he is a "greedy and immoral" person. Palin too, though I'm really hoping she's just too naive to realize she's a pawn. This is a no-win situation. We have a choice between Hitler and Stalin. One may be better than the other... maybe... but either way, the choice is between two of Satan's favorite henchmen. Both votes will send this country strait to hell.

Wow Jason! Pretty strong language! Are you saying you think both of them are Satanic? I wouldn't go that far... Obama is definitely friends with terrorists. One of McCain's few redeeming characteristics is that he is not. No, you read me wrong if you think I am a big time McCain backer. I back strong republicans who follow in the suit of the last great politician we have had, Ronald Reagan. People like that in the current system include Mitt Romney, Sarah Palin, and, although I disagree with him on certain issues, I believe Rudy Giuliani would be a very strong leader especially in hard times. McCain is a weak candidate, and he is not a true republican at all. He is not a uniter, and not a strong leader. He does not understand the economy. Why vote for him? Because having him will be better than Obama, and I personally do not believe "burning a vote" on someone without a chance is a smart thing to do. Get behind one of the guys who will inevitably win and do what you can to be a good citizen. Palin is not a pawn in all this. She is McCain's only chance at winning, and she will not be a stand-by vice president. She has too much to offer, and if we're lucky, McCain will just die while he's in office and she can be the president. If you think all politicians are evil, you have a very pessimistic view and not a lot of faith in this system which was inspired by God. Unfortunately, this time around, we do have to choose who will do the least amount of damage, which is a shame, but to me the choice is obvious. The point of my political ramblings is to make it obvious to you and everyone else too.
