Crash/Burn

So this is a picture of the car after the crash I had today. Fortunately I only broke 3 ribs and my skull was only heavily bruised. I came pretty close to permanent brain damage, but I can still do simple math. No I'm lying, this isn't a picture of the crash. I just got my bumper screwed up a little bit and my hood bent. I don't envy the guy that crashed this car... Must have been bad. This is the third accident I have had in the past two years. However, just like the last two times, its was not my fault. The first time, my beloved Ford Explorer came around a corner up Provo Canyon and swerved to avoid a construction barrel that had rolled into the middle of the road, and I rolled three times before sliding 200 yards to a stop and climbing out the sunroof. The second time a big truck labeled Orem City cut me off on the same road and as it was speeding up and I was slowing down it dropped a rock the size of a basketball on the road in front of me. My Ford Focus wasn't high enough to clear it and it tore up my transmission, muffler, catalytic converter, radiator, and various pipes and hoses worth more than the whole car. This time, I was waiting for a stinking car wash and the car in front of me being washed backed up into me! I was looking out the window ordering my car wash at the console and heard this CRUNCH, looked up, and this huge white pickup truck's bumper was sitting on my hood! I honked my horn and got out to look at the damage, and the truck took off!!! He didn't even finish his car wash, he just drove away! Idiot! I didn't get his license number, unfortunately, but I remembered some of his bumper stickers. One of them said "Proud Republican", which actually made me even more mad. If it had said something like "I Love Obama" I would have thought "figures", but the fact that he was a "Proud Republican" made me want to punch him in the face even harder. So I called the police and they came and filed the case. They're going to do an investigation and try to find the guy but I haven't got much hope. Looks like I'm out a $500 deductible.

I can't remember, was this car a Ford too? If so, I'd just assume that you are cursed to never drive a Ford for more than a year without someone targeting you... whether it be a "proud republican" or a defiant construction barrel. I think I'd be a little fed up at this point too.
I haven't had any kind of an accident since having Josh and I totally belive that it's because I've become a more cautious driver. But then most of the accidents I'd been in before that had been my own fault to some extent. :-)

You really scared me for a minute with that picture. Actually this car was a Chevy cobalt and it is NOT the one in the picture, thank goodness!
